Women have traditionally gathered to welcome the new moon/new Hebrew month together for the holiday that falls at this time. The holiday, called Rosh Hodesh (literally "head of the month") will be a time for opening our hearts through song, reflection, and community.
Connect to yourself, the Source of All, and the unique qualities of this particular new moon cycle. We look forward to celebrating the new moon with you!
This week we'll be joined by InterPlay teachers Asherah Weiss and Diane Chira!
Below is a message from Asherah about herself and InterPlay.

Hello! I'm Ash, a native of Sonoma County, a play-centric person, and a community arts organizer. I love InterPlay as a modality because I think it gives permission to go at the pace of the body, to safely express in all types of ways (movement, voice, stillness, storytelling and contact improv, witnessing), and builds a uniting language of connection between people. There is so much I could say about what I love about it, but words mostly complicate the very experiential aspect of InterPlay. I invite you to find your own sense of it! Thanks for the opportunity to guide this practice with you. Check out interplay.org for more info
